To Whom It May Concern: It is my pleasure to recommend Jackie Maloy. I became a professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Dept. at the University of Texas in January. During my interview trip the preceeding summer, Jackie worked with my wife and me for several days as we searched for a new home. At the time I came to appreciate Jackie's skills and competence. We gave her a list of several things that we needed/desired in a house and she worked hard to satisfy us. Over the years I have worked with several real estate agents and I am aware that many agents do not really listen to their clients the way Jackie does. I also appreciated the fact that she did not try to sell us every house we saw. In fact her only comments were usually questions trying to determine what we liked and didn't like about a house. It seems to me that real estate agents have to walk a very fine line between representing the seller and at the same time helping clients who are trying to buy a house.
